Merapi Kennel Tribute to Past Loved Ones

...it was a mystery for me why my kids left me when I wasn´t at their side... and I just realized that God knows it will be so hard for me to let them go without me... He wants me to take care of my other kids...til my last breath...

It is a sad fact of life that eventually our canine friends will be taken from us - either in sickness or old age.  It has happened to me many times over the past 40 years and each time I have grieved for the loss of my much loved friend and pet.  The sadness remains always but can be tempered by the embedded memories of their smile when they saw me come home or with the realization that we were going for our long daily walks. I miss them all.  No one more special than the other but each special in his or her own way. (Mr Warren, Wirastra Kennels Yogya)
